Equipment
  • Stop watches for mile splits
  • Mile marker signs
  • Finish line chute
  • Finish line clock
  • Small karaoke microphone and machine for announcing awards
Results
  • Overall Results / Age Group Results / Team Results (if applicable)
  • Results are provided within minutes after course closure
    • Hard copy (for announcing of awards)
    • Electronic copy (for newspaper publication and your records)
  • Posting of your results on our website within 10 hours after your event is over
Services We Provide (AT NO EXTRA COST!)

From our experience and drive to help smaller races grow, we are willing to provide the following services at no additional cost:
  • Helping you set up and obtain online registration through www.signmeup.com
    • Most people signing up online already know of signmeup.com and it's features
    • Allows your participants to pay by means of secured credit or debit card
    • One more way/avenue for your event to gain participants by offering another way to register
    • Registration funds received from your participants are batched together and automatically deposited into your fundraising bank account once a month for free
  • Placing your race information on both Indiana and National race calendar websites
  • Creating an excel formatted mailing list from your event registrations
  • Ideas to help save on costs without hurting your event
  • Tips on how to obtain more sponsors
Our Fees (Plain & Simple)
  • $100 for any race with fewer than 50 participants
  • If your race has over 50 participants, our fee is only $2 per participant
Example: If 75 people participate in your event, than your total fee is $150 (no hidden costs)
